Facilities/Infrastructure. It is understood by the Parties that 85,305 square feet of classroom space shall be made available by the District to house the Florence STEM School Project. It is also understood that the buildings on the Property are in need of improvements to address technical code concerns and to improve their general condition prior to the final certificate of occupancy issuance by the Town for the Project. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Project shall comply with the Town of Florence’s adopted technical codes as updated and modified after the Effective Date, including the requirements for building inspections, permits and issuance of a final certificate of occupancy by the Town. The buildings have been continuously occupied for educational purposes but are no longer active classrooms for the District. The following areas are to be addressed over the initial 12 months after the Effective Date: Formal designation of the Florence STEM School footprint and any real-estate agreements that are necessary; Conduct a project walkthrough and code analysis on the classroom buildings; If necessary, mitigate for environmental hazards.

Facilities/Infrastructure. It is understood by the Parties that 85,305 square feet of classroom space shall be made available by the District to house the Florence STEM School. It is also understood that the buildings require improvements to address technical code concerns and to improve their general condition. Parts of the buildings have been continuously occupied for educational purposes but are no longer active classrooms for the District. Improvements to the existing buildings for the Project are likely necessary. Improvements may include, but are not limited to, the following will need to be addressed prior to Certificate of Occupancy; Mechanical.

Related to Facilities/Infrastructure

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Network Facilities At the time of termination, the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Entities shall keep in place any portion of the Interconnection Facilities that the Transmission Provider deems necessary for the safety, integrity and/or reliability of the Transmission System. Otherwise, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, within 30 days following termination of Interconnection Service, require the removal of all or any part of the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Trading Facilities Most open-outcry and electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order-routing, execution, matching, registration or clearing of trades. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. Your ability to recover certain losses may be subject to limits on liability imposed by the system provider, the market, the clearing house and/or member firms. Such limits may vary; you should ask the firm with which you deal for details in this respect.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Rest Facilities The District shall designate restroom and lunchroom facilities at each work site.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.

  • Attachment Facilities Not applicable, because there are no CTOAFs for the Merchant Transmission Facility that are covered by this Agreement.

  • Sanitary Facilities - Construction 5.1 Closets shall be soundly constructed and roofed with weatherproof material. The floor of each closet shall be well drained and constructed of concrete, bricks and cement, or of other approved materials which shall be impervious to water. Every closet shall be well lighted by natural or artificial light and shall be ventilated. Each closet shall have a hinged door, capable of being fastened on the inside, lift seats/flaps and toilet paper. If closets are of single unit construction (only to be used for the formwork process), not contained within a purpose built ablution block, privacy walls which shield the closet/s from outside view shall be installed. (Privacy walls are not required for purpose built ablution blocks eg ATCO huts)
