Network Facilities definition

Network Facilities means any element or combination of elements of physical infrastructure used principally for, or in connection with, the provision of network services, but does not include customer equipment;
Network Facilities means those facilities, other than connection facilities, that form part of a transmission system that are shared by all users, comprised of network stations and the transmission lines connecting them, and has the extended meaning given to it in section 3.0.14;
Network Facilities in relation to a Party means Facilities that the Party operates or uses, or intends to operate or use, as part of, in or in connection with, a Network of the Party, even if another person also operates or uses, or intends to operate or use, some or all of the Facilities;

Examples of Network Facilities in a sentence

  • In the event of unusual circumstances such as those described above, KFHPWA will make a good faith effort to arrange for Covered Services through available Network Facilities and personnel.

  • Premises refers to a Party’s Central Offices and serving Wire Centers; all buildings or similar structures owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by a Party that house its Network Facilities; all structures that house a Party’s facilities on public Rights-of-Way, including but not limited to vaults containing loop concentrators or similar structures; and all land owned, leased or otherwise controlled by a Party that is adjacent to these Central Offices, Wire Centers, buildings and structures.

  • BellSouth Remote Site Locations include cabinets, huts, and controlled environmental vaults owned or leased by BellSouth that house BellSouth Network Facilities.

Network Facilities means any element, or combination of elements, of physical infrastructure used principally for, or in connection with, the provision of one or more network services, but not including customer premise equipment;
Network Facilities means the switches and network of digital and analog facilities owned or leased by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries for use in its ICP Business.
Network Facilities means the network of digital and analog facilities owned or leased by ACC or any of its Subsidiaries.
Network Facilities means a telecommunications service licence entitling the holder to construct, maintain, own and make available one or more network elements, infrastructure or other facilities that facilitate the provision of telecommunication services, broadcasting services, electronic communications services or application services including content services.
Network Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.24.
Network Facilities means all of the Company's and the Company Subsidiaries' material network facilities (including, cable, wires, conduits, switches, and other equipment and facilities) and related material operating support systems, network operations centers, and land and buildings. For purposes of this definition "material" shall mean any network facility the absence of which would materially and adversely affect the ability of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to use the Company's domestic or international networks, respectively, taken as a whole, in the manner and scope in which such respective network is currently being used.
