In the event of unusual circumstances such as those described above, KFHPWA will make a good faith effort to arrange for Covered Services through available Network Facilities and personnel.
Premises refers to a Party’s Central Offices and serving Wire Centers; all buildings or similar structures owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by a Party that house its Network Facilities; all structures that house a Party’s facilities on public Rights-of-Way, including but not limited to vaults containing loop concentrators or similar structures; and all land owned, leased or otherwise controlled by a Party that is adjacent to these Central Offices, Wire Centers, buildings and structures.
BellSouth Remote Site Locations include cabinets, huts, and controlled environmental vaults owned or leased by BellSouth that house BellSouth Network Facilities.
SAVVIS may, but shall not be obligated to, use facilities of SAVVIS other than the Acquired Network Facilities to provide all or any part of any Network.
Members are entitled to Covered Services only at Core Network (Network) Facilities and from Core Network (Network) Providers, except for Emergency services and care pursuant to a Preauthorization.
