Extent and Type of Information to be Shared. 2.1 Type of Information to be shared Partners will share any information relevant about an individual where that information is necessary for the safeguarding of the individual or others as detailed below. The principle of proportionality will be applied to all sharing of information and the information to be shared will be considered on a case by case basis to ensure that only the minimum necessary information required is shared in each case.
