Release of Information. Except as required by law, no public release of any information, or confirmation or denial of same, with respect to this Contract or the subject matter hereof, will be made by SELLER or its subcontractors without the prior written approval of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall not use "Lockheed Xxxxxx," "Lockheed Xxxxxx Corporation," or any other trademark or logo owned by LOCKHEED XXXXXX, in whatever shape or form, without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX.
Release of Information. 13.1 Disclosing information relating to you We may, whenever we consider it in our interest, at any time and wit out liability to you, whether before or after termination of your Card account, disclose any information relating to you or any Card transaction or your Card account or any other account which you may have with us (including information we obtain from third parties such as any credit bureau recognized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) under or pursuant to the Banking Act (Chapter 19)), to any third party as we may deem fit at our absolute discretion, including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Citibank, N.A.’s branches, subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide, our servants, agents, correspondents, and/or independent contractors; any person authorized by you to operate your Card account; any person involved in facilitating, effecting, processing or providing any facilities or services in respect of or in connection with your Card account and/or this agreement; any merchant, bank or financial institution; any government agency, statutory board or authority in Singapore or elsewhere; and any other person to whom we consider it in our interest to make such disclosure. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, where we are a member of, or subscriber for the information sharing services of, any credit bureau recognized by MAS under or pursuant to the Banking Act (Chapter 19), you expressly authorize:-

Release of Information. 12.1 To the extent not prohibited by Law or Regulation, you authorize the transfer and disclosure of any information relating to you to and between the branches, subsidiaries, representative offices, affiliates and agents of Citibank, N.A. and third parties selected by any of them or us, wherever situated, for confidential use (including for use in connection with the provision of any products and services to you and for data processing, statistical and risk analysis purposes, global cash services and dealings in securities on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and any other relevant authorities and agencies pertaining thereto). We and any of the branches, subsidiaries, representative offices, affiliates and agents of Citibank, N.A. or third parties selected by any of them or us, shall be entitled to transfer and disclosure any information as may be required by Law or Regulation, court, regulator or legal process.
Release of Information. We may request that the Member or the Provider furnish certain information relating to the Member’s claim for Benefits. We will hold such information, records, or copies of records as confidential except where in Our discretion the same should be disclosed.
Release of Information. Employees participating in such treatment will agree to provide the Employer with a release of medical information sufficient to ensure the employee’s compliance with the requirements of the rehabilitation program.
Release of Information. Throughout the duration of this Master Agreement, Contractor must secure from the Lead State prior approval for the release of information that pertains to the potential work or activities covered by the Master Agreement. This limitation does not preclude publication about the award of the Master Agreement or marketing activities consistent with any proposed and accepted marketing plan.

Provider may not publish or use any publicity materials relating to this Contract or use HISD’s name without the written consent of HISD.

Release of Information. Seller authorizes Buyer to release to the FERC, CEC, the CPUC and/or other Governmental Authority information regarding the Facility, including the Seller’s name and location, and the size, location and operational characteristics of the Facility, the Term, the ERR type, the Commercial Operation Date, greenhouse gas emissions data and the net power rating of the Facility, as requested from time to time pursuant to the CEC’s, CPUC’s or applicable Governmental Authority’s rules and regulations.
