Common use of Expiration of Sick Leave Credits Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Sick Leave Credits. The Employer shall inform employees, upon request of their sick leave credits. At the expiration of sick leave credits, employees who continue to be off on sick leave shall apply for and be placed on unpaid leave of absence in accordance with Article 20.4. If the employee is not fit to return to his/her previous position at the expiry of the unpaid leave of absence, the employee must apply for further leave of absence.
