Estimated Charges. If the Quotation or Booking states that the Price is an estimate only, You acknowledge that the final Price may be more or less than the estimated amount. We will endeavour to advise You of any material variation from the estimate as it becomes apparent.
Estimated Charges. Subject to modification consistent with the Negotiated Contract Option and/or the Option to Build under Section 3.2 in Attachment P, Appendix 2 of Part VI of the Tariff, Wholesale Market Participant shall be subject to the estimated charges detailed below, which shall be billed and paid consistent with Section 11.2 in Attachment O, Appendix 2 in Part VI of the Tariff.
Estimated Charges. The Establishment and the Patron agree and understand that the Estimated Charges are based upon the Estimated Headcount and the Services requested. The Estimated Charges do not include tax, gratuity, or Bar Package Charges. The Estimated Charges are based upon the Estimated Headcount, cost of the requested Room, Gastropub Signature Package, and other reserved services such as the Trick Shot Exhibition. The Estimated Charges are provided for the purpose of determining the Services Deposit.
Estimated Charges. All hourly charges reflected in this Purchase Agreement are estimated based on projected use. Actual final costs may vary based on actual work performed.

Estimated Charges. Texpo may xxxx you for good faith estimates of charges for your electricity usage, Delivery Charges, and Taxes if actual meter readings and charges to Texpo for such are not available when Texpo prepares your invoice, except as limited by the PUCT applicable Customer Protection Rules (“Customer Rules”) a complete copy of which may be found at (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/rules/subrules/electric). When estimated charges are included on your invoice, they shall be reconciled against actual charges as available information permits.
Estimated Charges. At Closing, the Buyer shall pay to the Seller, as provided in Section 7.7, the sum of $915,477.05, representing an estimate of the net amount due to Seller, after prorations, for Development Fees, prepaid items (including rent and advertising), inventories, utilities, change funds, property taxes, title, surveys and similar costs chargeable to Buyer under this Agreement (“Estimated Charges”). An itemization of the Estimated Charges is reflected in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “O” (“Pre-Close Statement”). Any difference between the Estimated Charges paid at Closing and the actual costs that should have been paid by Buyer will be resolved after the Closing pursuant to section 7.1.
