The date and cost of this Agreement are as set forth in Your Invoice.
You may, however, designate one other Team Member to share this authority with and such Team Member will be noted on Your Invoice.
Some Phase Two resources will be available at an additional charge either as listed on Your Invoice or as may be posted on the premises and are referred to as "Optional Services”.

If any of the Products are defective, We will, at our absolute discretion and provided that You have promptly notified Us of any defects and You have not installed the Products, either replace them or reimburse You the price paid in accordance with Your Invoice and, in any event, the limit of Our liability shall be no greater than the Invoice raised for the Products.
The coverage period shall begin on the warranty start date of the covered product and will expire at the end of the term specified in Your Invoice.
You agree not to store or maintain any archive of any Image in any format or medium unless Your Invoice with APSI permits re-use, whereupon You may store Images solely as permitted by Your Invoice.
This Agreement is effective for the period stated on Your Invoice, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
