Examples of Your Invoice in a sentence

  • The date and cost of this Agreement are as set forth in Your Invoice.

  • You may, however, designate one other Team Member to share this authority with and such Team Member will be noted on Your Invoice.

  • Some Phase Two resources will be available at an additional charge either as listed on Your Invoice or as may be posted on the premises and are referred to as "Optional Services”.

  • The Equipment will be delivered to You at the Equipment Address specified on the order form or, if no such location is specified, to Your Invoice Address.

  • If You cancel within thirty (30) calendar days of the date on Your Invoice, You will receive a full refund less the actual costs incurred in providing Service to You during this period.

  • If any of the Products are defective, We will, at our absolute discretion and provided that You have promptly notified Us of any defects and You have not installed the Products, either replace them or reimburse You the price paid in accordance with Your Invoice and, in any event, the limit of Our liability shall be no greater than the Invoice raised for the Products.

  • The coverage period shall begin on the warranty start date of the covered product and will expire at the end of the term specified in Your Invoice.

  • You agree not to store or maintain any archive of any Image in any format or medium unless Your Invoice with APSI permits re-use, whereupon You may store Images solely as permitted by Your Invoice.

  • This Agreement is effective for the period stated on Your Invoice, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Your Invoice

  • Proper Invoice means a written request for Payment that is submitted by a Contractor setting forth the description, price or cost, and quantity of goods, property or services delivered or rendered, in such form, and supported by such other substantiating documentation, as NYSERDA may reasonably require, including but not limited to any requirements set forth in Exhibits A or B to this Agreement; and addressed to NYSERDA’s Controller, marked “Attention: Accounts Payable,” at the Designated Payment Office.

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form accepted by the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;
