Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 550 MW.
Capacity Interconnection Rights. The rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.
Capacity Interconnection Rights. Consistent with the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Wholesale Market Participant shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the point(s) of interconnection specified in Schedule A of this Wholesale Market Participant Agreement in the amount of 9.78 MW; provided however, nothing in this WMPA provides any rights with regard to the use of distribution facilities. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Wholesale Market Participant shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Wholesale Market Participation Agreement in the amount of 9.78 MW commencing June 1, 2023. During the time period from the effective date of this WMPA until May 31, 2023 (the “interim time period”), the Wholesale Market Participant may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 9.78 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2023. To the extent that any portion of the Participant Facility described in Section 1.0 is not a Capacity Resource with Capacity Interconnection Rights, such portion of the Participant Facility shall be an Energy Resource. Pursuant to this WMPA, the Wholesale Market Participant may sell energy into PJM’s markets in an amount equal to the Participant Facility’s Maximum Facility Output indicated in Section 1.0c of the Specifications for this WMPA. PJM reserves the right to limit injections in the event reliability would be affected by output greater than such quantity.

From the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2022 (the “interim time period”), in addition to the 32.8 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights the Interconnection Customer will have commencing June 1, 2021 at the same Point of Interconnection associated with the AD2-160 Interconnection Request, the Interconnection Customer also may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 34.5 MW associated with the AE2-253 Interconnection Request. Accordingly, during the interim time period, the Interconnection Customer shall have 34.5 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 34.5 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2022.
Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 776 MW. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (776 MW) includes 766 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 10 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.
Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 36 MW. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 36 MW commencing June 1, 2020. During the time period from the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020 (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in the amount not to exceed 36 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2020.
Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 692 MW commencing June 1, 2020. From the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2020 (the “interim time period”), in addition to the 672 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this ISA, the Interconnection Customer also may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 20 MW. Accordingly, during the interim time period, the Interconnection Customer shall have 672 MW of previously awarded Capacity Interconnection Rights and may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 20 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2020. The amount of Capacity Interconnection Rights specified above (692 MW) includes 672 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection prior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement, and 20 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.
Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 8.2 MW commencing June 1, 2022. During the time period from the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2022 (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in the amount not to exceed 8.2 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2022.

Pursuant to and subject to the applicable termsThe amount of the Tariff, theCapacity Interconnection Customer shall haveRights specified above (1,045 MW) includes 980 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights that the Interconnection Customer had at the same Point(s) of Interconnection specified inprior to its Interconnection Request associated with this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 980 MW commencing June 1, 2018. During the time period from the effective date, and 65 MW of this Interconnection Service Agreement until May 31, 2018 (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer may be awarded interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in an amount not to exceed 980 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2018.granted as a result of such Interconnection Request.
