Common use of Entitlement to Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Sick Leave. A Certified School Psychologist eligible for sick leave shall be granted such leave when absent from work and entitled to such sick leave in accordance with the provision of 3319.141 of the Ohio Revised Code, as follows: "for absence due to personal illness, pregnancy, injury, exposure to contagious disease which could be communicated to others, and for absence due to illness, injury, or death in the employee's immediate family.”
