ENROLLMENT STATUS. Residents must be admitted students and currently enrolled and registered for classes at Mississippi State University. Acceptance of this contract by the University does not constitute a commitment of admission to the University. Students who fail to enroll in at least one credit hour face to face at MSU Starkville Campus during the contract period may be, at the University’s discretion, subject to eviction.

ENROLLMENT STATUS. Students considered full time (Undergraduate = 12 or more credit hours; Graduate = 8 or more credit hours) will be given priority for campus housing. In the event that campus housing is at capacity for the Fall 2020 term, the University reserves the right to rescind the Housing Contract for students who are not enrolled full time. Students who are enrolled full time for the Fall 2020 semester as of 15 days prior to the start of the contract will be given highest priority. Full-time students who are new to housing will be given the next highest priority, followed by all other full-time students. In the event that housing is at capacity for the Spring 2021 term, the University reserves the right to rescind the Housing Contract for students who are not enrolled full time. Students who are enrolled full time for the Spring 2021 semester as of 15 days prior to the start of semester will be given highest priority. Full-time students who are new to housing will be given the next highest priority, followed by all other full- time students. Students who lived in housing during the Fall 2020 term are not guaranteed Spring 2021 housing if they do not maintain their full time enrollment status. Students with the same level of priority will generally be considered based on the date the university has received all required contract materials. However, additional consideration will also be given to the student’s conduct history and length of tenure as a resident in campus housing. Students who have resided in University Housing for 8 or more semesters will have the lowest priority among full time students. For the purposes of this policy, a semester shall be defined as any part of the Fall and Spring semesters and shall exclude summer semesters. If, at any time, after the start of the housing contract, a resident student falls below full time status, the Department of Housing and Residential Education reserves the right, with two weeks’ notice, to remove the student from housing in the event there are full time students requesting housing.
ENROLLMENT STATUS. The student is responsible for informing the Financial Aid Office at their home institution of their enrollment status at both institutions. The home institution will award the student financial aid based on the enrollment status as determined by combining coursework to be taken at the home and host institutions. After classes begin, the home institution will confirm actual enrollment and revise, if necessary, aid awards to reflect the actual enrollment status. The host will provide the home institution with documentation supporting the student’s enrollment status. This documentation must include credit hours enrolled, enrollment period beginning and ending dates, and list of specific courses the student is taking. If the student’s enrollment status changes during the enrollment period at the host institution, it is the host institution’s responsibility to inform the home institution of this change in enrollment status. Should the student fail to officially withdraw but cease attendance in all classes, the host institution will notify the home institution of the student’s unofficial withdrawal from classes in accordance with 34 CFR 668.22. The host institution will report to the home institution the student’s last dates of attendance for final grades of W (withdrawal), WN (withdrawal for non-attendance), I (incomplete), F (fail), U (unsatisfactory), IN or IP (in progress), and any other final grades which do not indicate satisfactory completion.

ENROLLMENT STATUS. Student must be enrolled as a full time student of the University to reside on campus. Student may appeal full-time status to the Director of Housing & Residence Life for permission to reside on campus.

All Part-Time students will automatically be placed on the Housing Waitlist. Once Housing determines there will be space available, spaces will be offered to Part-Time Students on the Waitlist.   • Enrollment The School shall maintain accurate and complete enrollment data and daily records of student attendance.

  • Enrollment Process The Department may, at any time, revise the enrollment procedures. The Department will advise the Contractor of the anticipated changes in advance whenever possible. The Contractor shall have the opportunity to make comments and provide input on the changes. The Contractor will be bound by the changes in enrollment procedures.

  • Re-enrollment Any eligible employees who wish to join the Sick Leave Bank after their first year of eligibility will contribute two (2) days upon joining. Such membership may only be made during the month of October using the appropriate forms. The two (2) required days of leave shall be donated from their account upon enrollment in the Classified Employee Council (CEC).

  • Enrollment Procedures The District shall establish an open enrollment period each year for unit members to participate in the Catastrophic Leave Bank.   • Open Enrollment Period Open Enrollment is a period of time each year when you and your eligible dependents, if family coverage is offered, may enroll for healthcare coverage or make changes to your existing healthcare coverage. The effective date will be on the first day of your employer’s plan year. Special Enrollment Period A Special Enrollment Period is a time outside the yearly Open Enrollment Period when you can sign up for health coverage. You and your eligible dependents may enroll for coverage through a Special Enrollment Period by providing required enrollment information within thirty (30) days of the following events: • you get married, the coverage effective is the first day of the month following your marriage. • you have a child born to the family, the coverage effective date is the date of birth. • you have a child placed for adoption with your family, the coverage effective date is the date of placement. Special note about enrolling your newborn child: You must notify your employer of the birth of a newborn child and pay the required premium within thirty -one (31) days of the date of birth. Otherwise, the newborn will not be covered beyond the thirty -one (31) day period. This plan does not cover services for a newborn child who remains hospitalized after thirty-one (31) days and has not been enrolled in this plan. If you are enrolled in an Individual Plan when your child is born, the coverage for thirty- one (31) days described above means your plan becomes a Family Plan for as long as your child is covered. Applicable Family Plan deductibles and maximum out-of-pocket expenses may apply. In addition, if you lose coverage from another plan, you may enroll or add your eligible dependents for coverage through a Special Enrollment Period by providing required enrollment information within thirty (30) days following the date you lost coverage. Coverage will begin on the first day of the month following the date your coverage under the other plan ended. In order to be eligible, the loss of coverage must be the result of: • legal separation or divorce; • death of the covered policy holder; • termination of employment or reduction in the number of hours of employment; • the covered policy holder becomes entitled to Medicare; • loss of dependent child status under the plan; • employer contributions to such coverage are being terminated; • COBRA benefits are exhausted; or • your employer is undergoing Chapter 11 proceedings. You are also eligible for a Special Enrollment Period if you and/or your eligible dependent lose eligibility for Medicaid or a Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or if you and/or your eligible dependent become eligible for premium assistance for Medicaid or a (CHIP). In order to enroll, you must provide required information within sixty (60) days following the change in eligibility. Coverage will begin on the first day of the month following our receipt of your application. In addition, you may be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period if you provide required information within thirty (30) days of one of the following events: • you or your dependent lose minimum essential coverage (unless that loss of coverage is due to non-payment of premium or your voluntary termination of coverage); • you adequately demonstrate to us that another health plan substantially violated a material provision of its contract with you; • you make a permanent move to Rhode Island: or • your enrollment or non-enrollment in a qualified health plan is unintentional, inadvertent, or erroneous and is the result of error, misrepresentation, or inaction by us or an agent of HSRI or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

  • Eligibility and Enrollment 2.3.1 The State of Georgia has the sole authority for determining eligibility for the Medicaid program and whether Medicaid beneficiaries are eligible for Enrollment in GF. DCH or its Agent will determine eligibility for PeachCare for Kids® and will collect applicable premiums. DCH or its agent will continue responsibility for the electronic eligibility verification system (EVS).

  • Open Enrollment There shall be an open enrollment period each enrollment year during which eligible employees may change plans. The District shall establish and announce the dates of such open enrollment period, and shall mail open enrollment materials to employees fourteen or more days before the beginning of the open enrollment period. If an eligible employee requests a change of plan, he or she shall continue to be covered under his or her existing plan until coverage under the new plan can be instituted.
