ENGAGEMENT OF THE PROVIDER. The OAG engages the Provider to perform services as specified in this Agreement. All services are to be performed solely by the Provider and may not be subcontracted or assigned without prior written consent of the OAG. The consent of the OAG does not vest any rights in the subcontractor or create any obligation on behalf of the OAG to the subcontractor. All subcontract agreements will contain a disclosure to this effect. This Agreement will be performed in accordance with the rules implementing the provisions of VOCA, 34 U.S.C. § 20103, Crime Control and Law Enforcement, 28 C.F.R. §§ 94.101 through 94.122, the federal government-wide grant rules as set forth in 2 C.F.R. § 200, et. seq., and the U.S. Department of Justice, (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs, DOJ Grants Financial Guide, (Financial Guide), and any other regulations or guidelines currently or subsequently required by the U.S. Department of Justice and State or Federal laws.

The Provider understands and agrees all services are to be performed solely by the Provider and may not be subcontracted or assigned without prior written consent of the OAG. II, Pt. 200, beginning at 2 C.F.R. § 200.0, and the U.S. Department of Justice, (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs, DOJ Grants Financial Guide, (Financial Guide), incorporated herein by reference, and any other regulations or guidelines currently or subsequently required by the U.S. Department of Justice and State or Federal laws.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE PROVIDER. The AGENCY engages the PROVIDER to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement including Attachments A (General Revenue Monthly Performance Report), B (Florida Single Audit Act Requirements ), and C (General Revenue Grants Programmatic and Reporting Requirements), Exhibits 1 and 2 and any additional exhibits referenced therein and the approved grant application.

ENGAGEMENT OF THE PROVIDER. The Services Recipients hereby engage the Provider to provide certain services in connection with the operation of the business of the Services Recipients, subject, in the case of the Partnership and the Operating Partnerships, to the control and oversight of the General Partner, acting in its role as general partner of the Partnership and the Operating Partnerships, and the Provider hereby accepts its engagement by the Services Recipients.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for any EFT service. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.
