End of Season. 18.1 At the end of the season Players will be evaluated by the Team Coach and informed of their status with regard to the following season. During this evaluation period, the Player shall give the Team Coach the same consideration and inform the Team Coach whether or not he/she plans to rejoin the team if selected for the following season. End of Season. Plots must be cleared and cleaned at the end of the growing season, October 30th . Renters who do not clean plots will lose first right of refusal for the plot the following year. Cleaned up means plot is ready for tilling, clean and level. All dead plants and weeds should be removed. All stakes, structures, materials must be pulled and removed from site. Cover crops may be left on cleared and level plots. Gardener Meetings Garden meetings will be held the 1st Thursday of each month, early evening (5:30 to 7:00pm), in the gardening season: May, June, July, August, September, and October. Workshops and work parties will be held intermittently throughout the season. Gardeners agree to attend at least two meetings and two work parties per season. Gardeners will be notified of their plot number on sign-up day, Saturday, April 18, 2015. Additional information will be available at the Annual Spring meeting which will be held Thursday, May 7th, 2015 from 5:30 to 7:00pm at Xxxxxx’x Landing Community Garden.   • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Establishment of Service A. After receiving certification as a local exchange company from the appropriate regulatory agency, Reseller will provide the appropriate Company service center the necessary documentation to enable the Company to establish a master account for Reseller. Such documentation shall include the Application for Master Account, proof of authority to provide telecommunications services, an Operating Company Number ("OCN") assigned by the National Exchange Carriers Association ("NECA") and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable. When necessary deposit requirements are met, the Company will begin taking orders for the resale of service.

  • Statement of Service On the termination of employment, the employer shall, at the request of the employee, give to such employee a statement signed by the employer stating the period of employment, the employee's classification and when the employment terminated.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.
