Employee Referral Bonus. The Employer and the Union agree that the most abundant source of qualified applicants comes from current employees. Therefore, employees who recruit applicants that are hired by the Employer will be eligible for the following bonuses and drawings. The referral bonus outlined in Article 20.2 is a minimum guideline. Individual facilities are encouraged to expand their referral bonus program as appropriate. Each facility shall have their Employee Referral Bonus guidelines posted in the break room at all times.

Employee Referral Bonus. The Employer may modify the terms and conditions of the Employee Referral Bonus upon notification to the Union.
Employee Referral Bonus. A Referral Bonus is an award given to an active employee who helps the district recruit new talent by referring someone for an advertised vacancy. A $500 Referral Bonus will be paid to the active employee who first refers an applicant by submitting the appropriate form to Human Resources, in two installments of $250 each when the applicant they refer:
Employee Referral Bonus. Existing employees who refer an applicant from outside City employment who is hired and successfully completes the probationary period may be provided a referral Bonus. The City may establish the amount of such bonus and procedures for documenting the referral at the time of application.
Employee Referral Bonus. The Employee Referral Bonus Program bonus amounts shall be increased from $1,000 to $1250 for referral of Clinicians and from $500 to $750 for the referral of staff in all other positions. All other terms and conditions of the Program shall remain the same.

  • Executive Compensation Until such time as the Investor ceases to own any debt or equity securities of the Company acquired pursuant to this Agreement or the Warrant, the Company shall take all necessary action to ensure that its Benefit Plans with respect to its Senior Executive Officers comply in all respects with Section 111(b) of the EESA as implemented by any guidance or regulation thereunder that has been issued and is in effect as of the Closing Date, and shall not adopt any new Benefit Plan with respect to its Senior Executive Officers that does not comply therewith. “Senior Executive Officers” means the Company's "senior executive officers" as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 C.F.R. Part 30.

  • Bilingual Bonus A seven percent (7%) bilingual bonus will be paid to those employees who in the performance of their duties are required by the Employer to use the second official language on a regular and consistent basis.
