EMPLOYEE REDUCTION. Before the Board makes any reduction in employees, the reduction shall be communicated to the Association in writing so the Association may prepare and present its position to the Board regarding such reductions. The role of the Association and the position presented shall be advisory only. This section shall not apply to reduction in teaching personnel due to resignations, retirement or other forms of attrition.

  • Employee Resignation (a) Unless otherwise agreed by the Employer and an Employee, an Employee other than a probationary Employee may resign at any time by giving a minimum of four weeks' written notice to the Employer.
