Effect of this Article. Nothing in this Article shall be construed so as to affect or limit the right of Employers, subject to this Agreement, to discharge employees for cause.
Effect of this Article. This Article VII does not supersede any other section of this Agreement, nor is it to be used to deprive any Limited Partner of its rights under this Agreement, but is intended only to provide a simplified system for the execution of documents.
Effect of this Article. This Article shall take precedence over any rights to reassignment in regard to any other provision of this Agreement.
Effect of this Article. It is the express understanding and agreement of the parties hereto that the provisions of this Article, may not conflict with the requirements of Revised Code Section 3319.17, but in all other respects shall supersede and take the place of any contrary provisions of the Revised Code.
Effect of this Article. The rights conferred by this Article 6 shall be deemed to be contract rights between the corporation and each person who is or was a Director or officer. The corporation expressly intends each such person to rely on the rights conferred hereby in performing his or her respective duties on behalf of the corporation.
