Common use of EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND Clause in Contracts

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 16.01 The Employer shall contribute fifteen cents ($0.15) for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement and remit such contributions to the Union’s Education & Assistance Fund.

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 16.01 The Employer shall contribute fifteen cents ($0.1515¢) to the Education and Assistance Fund for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement agreement and shall remit such contributions to the Union’s Education & Assistance Fund's Benefit Administrator as set out in Article 12.03.
