Common use of EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND Clause in Contracts

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 18.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Education Fund the sum of twenty-four cents (24¢) per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union's Administrator.
