Common use of EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND Clause in Contracts

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 16.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Education Fund the sum of fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union's Administrator.

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 16.01 17.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Education Fund the sum of fifteen ten cents ($0.1510¢) per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union's Administrator. If more training is required, an increase in funding will be discussed.

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 16.01 17.01 The Employer shall agrees to contribute to the Education Fund the sum of fifteen ten cents ($0.150.10) per hour for each hour all hours worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions all employees to the Union's AdministratorUnion Education and Assistance Fund.

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 16.01 17.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund the sum of fifteen cents twenty ($0.150.20/hr) per hour cents for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union's Administrator’s remittance directive.

The total amount owing will be remitted monthly to the Union together with the Union dues, but Fund contributions will be separately itemized.
