E6 Security. E6.1 The Client shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Client while on the Premises, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
E6 Security. E6.1 Where the Services are delivered from the Client’s own premises, the Client shall be responsible for maintaining the security of its own premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. When on the Client’s premises, the Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Client, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
E6 Security. E6.1 The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Authority while working on the Contract, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
E6 Security. E6.1 The SERVICE PROVIDER shall comply with all security requirements of the AUTHORITY/Contracting AUTHORITY while working on the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
E6 Security. E6.1 The Commissioner shall maintain the security of the Premises in accordance with its own security requirements from time to time. The Contractor shall comply, and shall ensure that its Staff comply, with all applicable security requirements of the Commissioner in respect of the Premises and/or in respect of any Confidential Information of the Commissioner (including documents containing confidential and/or secret information) which is in the possession and/or control of the Contractor or any of its Staff from time to time.
E6 Security. E6.1 The Client shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Client while on the Premises, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements. E7 Not used E8 Audit The Contractor shall keep and maintain until 6 years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Client, and all payments made by the Client. The Contractor shall on request afford the Client or the Client’s representatives such access to those records as may be requested by the Client in connection with the Contract.
E6 Security. E6.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Course Premises in accordance with the Contractor’s security requirements. The Client shall comply with all security requirements of the Contractor while Client staff are on the Course Premises, and shall ensure that all its Staff and Client Staff comply with such requirements. E6.2 N/A.
E6 Security. The Authority shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Authority while on the Premises, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
E6 Security. E6.1 Solihull MBC shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. The Contractor shall comply with all reasonable security requirements of Solihull MBC while on the Premises, and shall procure that all of its employees, agents, servants and sub- contractors shall likewise comply with such requirements.

The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the PCC while on the Premises, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.
