Common use of Duties of Employees Clause in Contracts

Duties of Employees. The duties of employees may include any of the following: teaching, course preparation and development, counseling, librarianship, workshops, special program development and administration of programs, development and administration of continuing education programs, advising students, evaluation of student work, other functions related to instructing, professional development, student registration, school visitations, participation on College Committees, attendance at professional meetings, representation of the College at other functions, administrative duties, and other duties that may from time to time be necessary for the proper operation of the College.
