Duties of a General Xxxxxxx. A General Xxxxxxx shall direct work through Xxxxxxx or Assistant General Xxxxxxx only. He shall see that the Xxxxxxx or Assistant General Xxxxxxx have the necessary information, blueprints, job schedule, material list, safety rules, tools, material and any special information as to carry out an efficient and workmanlike job. It shall be his responsibility to hold such Xxxxxxx'x meetings as to keep peace and harmony among the Foremen under his direction. He shall receive his directions from his immediate superior only and carry out his orders in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. He shall conduct an orderly, neat and efficient job for the best interest of the Employer, Employee and Customer.
Duties of a General Xxxxxxx. Section 3.16. The General Xxxxxxx shall direct the work through the Foremen only. He shall see that the Foremen have the necessary information, blueprints, job schedule, material lists, safety rules, tools, material, and any special information as to carry out and complete an efficient, workmanlike job. It shall be his responsibility to hold such foremen meetings as to keep peace and harmony among the foremen under his direction. He shall receive his directions from his immediate superior only and carry out his orders in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. He shall conduct an orderly, neat and efficient job for the best interests of the Employer, employee and customer. When less than (10) Journeyman are employed on a designated job and one is responsible for securing material, prints, installation, and supervision of such job, he shall be paid the General Xxxxxxx'x rate of pay.
