Duration of Development Agreement. Unless sooner terminated, this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until December 31, 2020.
Duration of Development Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue through the completion and sale of the Improvements constituting part of the Project, unless sooner cancelled as provided in Sections 7.1 through 7.4 and 8.1.
