Duplication of Overtime. Time paid for but not worked shall not count as time worked for purposes of computing overtime. There shall be no pyramiding or duplication of overtime or premium pay. Time worked which is paid on an overtime basis shall count as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits. Under no circumstances shall an LPN be credited with more than 2080 hours of work for purposes of benefit accrual during any one twelve (12) month period.

Duplication of Overtime. There shall be no pyramiding or duplication of overtime pay and/or other premium compensation.
Duplication of Overtime. 1216 Payment of overtime and premium rates shall not be duplicated for the same hours worked under any of the terms of this Agreement; and to the extent that hours are compensated for at overtime or premium rates under one provision, they shall not be counted as hours worked in determining overtime or premium payments under the same or any other provisions. Where two or more overtime or premium rates apply to the same hours, the greater shall prevail.
Duplication of Overtime. Time for which overtime rates are paid under any provision of this Agreement shall not be counted in determining eligibility for overtime under any other provisions except as provided in Subsection 13.20, Overtime Hours Worked by Shift Employees or Substitutes.

  • Computation of Overtime In computing overtime a period of thirty (30) minutes or less shall be counted as one-half (½) hour and a period of more than thirty (30) minutes but less than sixty (60) minutes shall be counted as one (1) hour.

  • Distribution of Overtime Overtime shall be distributed as equally as feasible among qualified employees customarily performing the kind of work required, and currently assigned to the work unit in which the overtime is to be worked. When the assignment of overtime work causes an unusual burden upon the employee, the employee shall not be required to work overtime unless the absence would cause the Agency to be unable to meet its responsibilities.

  • Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.

  • Payment of Overtime 5.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this sub-clause, all work performed outside of the ordinary hours of any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, will be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first 2 hours and double time thereafter.   • Authorization of Overtime (a) Overtime work shall be assigned and authorized only by appointing authorities or their designated representatives either verbally or in writing.

  • Duplication of Benefits Grantee shall not carry out any of the activities under this Agreement in a manner that results in a prohibited duplication of benefits as defined by Section 312 of the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5155) and in accordance with Section 1210 of the Disaster Recovery Reform Act of 2018 (division D of Public Law 115-254; 132 Stat. 3442), which amended section 312 of the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5155). In consideration of Grantee’s receipt or the commitment of CRF funds by Florida Housing, Grantee hereby assigns to Florida Housing all of Grantee’s future rights to reimbursement and all payments received from any grant, subsidized loan or any other reimbursement or relief program related to the basis of the calculation of the portion of the funds committed to the Grantee under this Agreement and determined to be a Duplication of Benefits (DOB). Any such funds received by the Grantee shall be referred to herein as “additional funds.” Grantee agrees to immediately notify Florida Housing of the source and receipt of additional funds received by the Grantee that are determined to be a DOB. Grantee agrees to reimburse Florida Housing for any additional funds received by Grantee if such additional funds are determined to be a DOB by Florida Housing, the Federal awarding agency or an auditing agency.

  • Sharing of Overtime Overtime work shall be allocated equitably to qualified employees considering their availability and location.

  • Definition of Overpayments For purposes of this CIA, an “Overpayment” shall mean the amount of money KDMC has received in excess of the amount due and payable under any Federal health care program requirements.
