Draft Project Memorandum #5: South Albany Area Plan Outline. Consultant shall prepare “Draft Project Memorandum #5: South Albany Area Plan Outline” that identifies Project deliverables that will be included in the South Albany Area Plan and Project deliverables that will be included in Plan appendices or other documentation provided to the City. The outline for the South Albany Area Plan must identify elements critical for implementation of the vision for the Project Study Area, and will likely include recommended goals, land use designations, zoning, transportation facilities, and other policies or regulations. The Plan Outline in Draft Project Memorandum #5 must identify any Plan appendices with Project deliverables or other material provided to the City by this Project. Plan appendices must include Project deliverables that provide background data for the Plan or that can be considered for adoption by the City at a later date, including recommended revisions to development codes, facility standards, and funding mechanisms. Preparation of Draft Project Memorandum #5 must be based on guidance from the City about which Project deliverables to include in the South Albany Area Plan for recommendation to the Planning Commission and City Council, and which deliverables to include as Plan appendices or other formats for consideration by the City at a later date.

  • TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING This MOU shall be effective July 1, 2020 and together with all the terms, conditions and effects thereof, shall expire as of midnight on June 30, 2021.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • PARTIES TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as "MOU") is entered into on April 6, 2014, and amended on March 31, 2016 between the City Administrative Officer (CAO), as authorized management representative of the City Council, and the authorized management representatives of any City Departments in which classifications listed in the Appendices may be employed (hereinafter referred to as "Management") and authorized representatives of the Engineers and Architects Association (“EAA” or "Association") as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Supervisory Administrative Unit.

  • Site Memorandum The Design Professional agrees to comply fully with the requirements of the attached Exhibit F, Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees to notify the Owner, at once and in any event within ten calendar days after execution of this Contract, of the amount of money the Owner should budget in order to cover costs identified in the Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees that, without cost to the Owner, the Design Professional shall make such proper and reasonable changes in the Site Plan and preliminary foundation design that are either necessary or desirable as required by the Stage One statement and subsequent investigation by the geotechnical engineer (see Subparagraph 1.1.2.6.3) obtained pursuant to the Site Memorandum. All information should be incorporated into the final Site Plan and final foundation design for the Stage Two statement. The Design Professional shall file copies with the Owner and accompany them with a current Statement of Probable Construction Cost, in the format shown in the Forms Packet, as a part of the next submittal required by this Contract. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2002, Section 8.4 for guidance on information which is generally developed in site development documents.)

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.
