Due to the substantial time and effort required for staff to provide requested data with the appropriate selection and matching of records and concealment of personal identities etc., there are costs associated with data extracts. If applicable, a time estimate and dollar amount will be provided to the Contractor prior to the transfer of data and the Contractor agrees to pay the District the amount requested prior to receiving the data authorized by this Agreement.
DISTRICT DUTIES. 3.1 The District shall perform the following duties in regard to any student data it obtains:
DISTRICT DUTIES. District shall reimburse Sumter County $30.34 per 911 call received for The Villages® Development in Lake County.
DISTRICT DUTIES. In consideration for this Agreement, the District agrees to: schedule access to the Well on the Property with the Owner in advance for the performance of the Services; perform the Services; cooperate with and provide assistance to the Owner during the term of this Agreement to achieve compliance with Section 13.9 of the District’s rules; and remove the sensor and related equipment upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
DISTRICT DUTIES. Consistent and in compliance with the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) issued by the Board, District shall provide and deliver fire and emergency medical transport and non-transport services to the residents residing within TVPSD area depicted in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. District shall only use the grant funds for the purposes intended and as restricted by source revenues. Except to the extent restricted in connection with the source of the revenues, the District may use the funds in its reasonable discretion to offset costs in the delivery of the fire and emergency medical and non-transport services. District shall maintain complete financial records at all times in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; and shall maintain performance records to demonstrate and substantiate compliance with the COPCN issued to the District by the Board. All activities and records of District shall be subject to audit at any time by the auditors of the Board, however, no federal or state laws or rules or regulations as to confidentially of clients of District shall be abrogated by this Agreement. District shall provide the Board with documents as may be required by the Board or its auditors to ensure that all expenditures made pursuant this Agreement are for a valid public purpose.
