Disposition 16. 3.1 Complaints that are false or not substantiated will neither be placed in the unit member’s personnel file nor used in any evaluation or disciplinary action against the unit member. 16.3.2 Any complaint that is fully investigated and substantiated as serious and/or a recurring violation of rules, regulations or policies, may be placed in the unit member’s personnel file pursuant to Article 20. 16.3.3 All information or proceedings regarding any complaint are confidential and may be shared only on a need‐to‐know basis. The Association and the District are continuously striving to provide the highest possible quality of education in order for students to succeed in learning, teachers must succeed in teaching. Therefore, the parties agree to cooperate in the design and implantation of programs to improve the quality of instruction through expanded and improved professional development and peer assistance. Teachers referred to the program are viewed as valuable professionals who deserve to have the best resources available provided to them in the interest of improving performance to a successful standard. Beginning and new teachers will be provided support and in‐service training during their first two years of service in the District. Any teacher or a group of teachers having a particular need can get assistance through the program.

  • DISPOSITION OF EQUIPMENT The Grantee shall provide to the State, not less than 30 calendar days prior to submission of the final invoice, an itemized inventory of equipment purchased with funds provided by the State.
