VIOLATION OF RULES. If any rule or provision of this Pet Agreement is violated by Residents or Residents’ guests or occupants in the sole judgment of Management, Residents shall immediately (within forty eight (48) hrs) and permanently remove the pet from the premises upon written notice from Owner or Owner’s representative; and Owner shall have all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease, including damages, eviction and/or attorney’s fees.
VIOLATION OF RULES. If you, your guest, or any occupant violates any rule or provision of this Addendum (based on our judgment) and we give you written notice, you must remove the Animal immediately and permanently from the premises. We also have all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease Contract, including damages, eviction, and attorney’s fees.
VIOLATION OF RULES. If Resident, or Resident's guests, violate any rule or provision of this Addendum, Owner reserves the right to demand that Resident remove animals immediately and permanently from the leased Premises. Owner will also have all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease Contract including, but not limited to, damages and eviction, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
VIOLATION OF RULES. Repeated failure or refusal to comply with these Rules and Regulations may result in the loss of privileges.
VIOLATION OF RULES. If you, your occupants, guests or visitor violates our rules in this Addendum, based on our judgement, we will give you written notice and you must remove the animal from the premise within 24 hours. We also have all other rights per the Lease Agreement, including damages, eviction and attorney fees.
VIOLATION OF RULES. Person(s) violating the existing rules and regulations constituting a public nuisance or potential hazard to persons or property, or exhibiting disorderly conduct, shall be served notice by the staff and expelled from the facility. Such violations can be subject to prosecution in accordance with state and local laws and ordinances.

VIOLATION OF RULES. If you or any occupant violates any rule or provision of this Mold Addendum (based upon our judgment) it shall be considered a material default under the terms of the Lease Contract. Upon written notice from us, you must immediately comply with all rules and provisions of this Mold Addendum. We also have all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease Contract, including damages, eviction, and attorneys’ fees to the extent allowed by law.
VIOLATION OF RULES. Failure or refusal to comply with these rules and regulations may result in the loss of individual privileges upon notice from JAMCo.
VIOLATION OF RULES. If the Resident, Occupant or guest, in the Owner’s judgment, violates any rule or provision of the Lease Agreement, Home Based Business Addendum or the Community Handbook, the Owner may provide the Resident written notice of said violation, and (a) issue a warning concerning the ramifications of further violations; (b) direct temporary cessation of business pending review or (c) revoke this Conditional Authorization. If notified to temporarily or permanently cease operations, the Resident must cease promptly in accordance with the notification. Violations include, but are not limited to, receipt of reasonable complaints, as determined by the Owner, that the business is disturbing other residents or creating an inappropriate environment within the Neighborhood. The Owner also has all other rights and remedies set forth in the Lease Agreement, this Home Based Business Addendum and the Community Handbook, including damages, eviction, and attorney’s fees to the extent allowed by law.
