DETERMINE LOCATIONS AND ELEVATIONS OF EXISTING UTILITIES. CONSULTANT will obtain available Record Drawings from all public and private utilities to gather information such as type of utility, material, size, depth, pavement replacement criteria and horizontal location. This includes mainline facilities and service connections for underground utilities such as water, sewer, gas, telephone, electrical, storm drain, T.V. cable, oil and fuel, irrigation, and traffic control systems. Prepare a list of existing utilities and locations of these utilities shall be shown on the plans by the CONSULTANT, including potholing. Field verification (potholing) of existing utilities will be limited to one hundred (100) locations. CONSULTANT will prepare a table and maps showing product, size, length, and location of utilities, which must be relocated as the result of the construction of this project. CONSULTANT shall coordinate all utility relocations. CONSULTANT will show the horizontal locations, of overhead and buried utilities, of all known public and private utilities on plan and profiles. CONSULTANT shall include cost estimates for relocated utilities in the Construction Cost Estimate. CONSULTANT is responsible to prepare ground survey only for the brine main, force main and pump station and supplement the Aerial survey provided to complete an Aerial survey for the whole project. A ground survey for the 16-inch and 36-inch water mains is being performed by City crews. CONSULTANT shall research and perform field work to develop a Right-of-Way Boundary analysis and document all existing Survey monuments that may be affected by Construction activities. CONSULTANT to provide Boundary, Survey Monuments along with a coordinate list to the City Public Works Field Engineering Division. Survey must comply with the City's CADD standards. It is estimated that one hundred (100) will be required on the San Xxxxxxx alignment and fifty (50) on the Miramar alignment. CONSULTANT will prepare a table and maps showing product, size, length, and location of utilities, which must be relocated as the result of the construction of this project. CONSULTANT will show the horizontal locations, of overhead and buried utilities, of all known public and private utilities on plan and profiles. CONSULTANT shall include cost estimates for relocated utilities in the Construction Cost Estimate.

  • Existing Utilities Any relocation or modification of existing utilities or public improvements necessary to construct the Improvements shall be done at no expense to the public. The Subdivider’s performance of this requirement shall be considered in determining whether to release assurances under paragraphs 10 and 12.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Scaling Locations, Rules, and Organizations All logs from timber sold under the terms and conditions of this contract shall be: (1) scaled at a location approved in writing by STATE; (2) scaled by a third-party scaling organization with a current agreement with STATE; and (3) scaled using the Official Log Scaling and Grading Rules (as adopted by the Northwest Log Rules Advisory Group) and STATE special service scaling instructions in effect at the time the logs are scaled. Utilization scale shall be handled in accordance with the section titled, “Utilization Scale.” PURCHASER shall enter into a written agreement with a third-party scaling organization for the scaling of logs removed from the timber sale area. PURCHASER shall furnish STATE with a copy of the scaling agreement upon request. If logs are delivered when a TPSO scaler is not present, PURCHASER must provide STATE with a method to assure protection and accountability. PURCHASER shall provide STATE with remote check scaling opportunities for logs scaled under this contract. The last two loads at each delivery point shall be continuously available for checking. They shall remain available for a minimum of 48 hours unless replaced by other STATE loads. They shall be available as originally presented for scaling; i.e., if truck scaled, they shall be presented in bunks. In the event scaling is suspended for any reason, hauling operations shall be immediately suspended until approved alternate scaling services are provided, or service by the scaling organization is resumed.

  • CORPORATE QUALIFICATIONS TO DO BUSINESS IN CALIFORNIA a. When agreements are to be performed in the state by corporations, the contracting agencies will be verifying that the contractor is currently qualified to do business in California in order to ensure that all obligations due to the state are fulfilled.

  • Certification Regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER certifies it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. PROVIDER acknowledges this Purchase Order may be terminated if this certification is or becomes inaccurate.

  • Existing utilities and roads Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Concessionaire shall ensure that the respective entities owning the existing roads, right of way or utilities on, under or above the Site are enabled by it to keep such utilities in continuous satisfactory use, if necessary, by providing suitable temporary or permanent diversions with the authority of the controlling body of that road, right of way or utility, and the Authority shall, upon written request from the Concessionaire, initiate and undertake at the Concessionaire’s cost, legal proceedings for acquisition of any right of way necessary for such diversion.

  • GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT 4.1 The geographic scope of this Agreement is the trade between ports in North Asia, South Asia, Middle East (including the Arabian Gulf and Red Sea Regions), Northern Europe, Mediterranean, Adriatic, and Black Sea, Egypt, Panama, Mexico, Canada, Central America and the Caribbean on the one hand, and ports on the East, Gulf, and West Coasts of the United States, by any route including via the Panama and Suez Canals or the Cape of Good Hope, on the other, as well as ports and points served via such U.S. and foreign ports (the “Trade”). The specific countries/regions that are within the geographic scope of this Agreement are listed in Appendix A hereto. There shall be no geographic restrictions on the origin or destination of cargo carried on vessels employed in the services established pursuant to this Agreement. In other words, such cargo may originate from or be destined for ports or points outside the geographic scope of this Agreement. The inclusion of any non U.S. trades in this Agreement shall not bring such non U.S. trades under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission or entitle the Parties hereto to immunity from the U.S. antitrust laws with respect to such non U.S. trades.

  • Contractor Certification regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code], Contractor certifies Contractor is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization.   • PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSIGNMENTS (In 2011, the Florida Legislature passed statutory changes eliminating the granting of new Professional Service Contracts and prohibiting the School Board from following the requirements outlined in Sections 14.1, 14.1-1, 14.1-2, and 14.1-3 of the contract below. These provisions are therefore placed in abeyance until all legal challenges have been resolved. All other Sections beginning with 14.2 remain in full force and effect.)

  • Shifting of obstructing utilities The Concessionaire shall, subject to Applicable Laws and with assistance of the Authority, undertake shifting of any utility including electric lines, water pipes and telephone cables, to an appropriate location or alignment within or outside the Site if and only if such utility causes or shall cause a material adverse effect on the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project. The cost of such shifting shall be borne by the Authority or by the entity owning such utility, if the Authority so directs, and in the event of any delay in shifting thereof, the Concessionaire shall be excused for failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder if such failure is a direct consequence of delay on the part of the entity owning such electric lines, water pipes or telephone cables, as the case may be.
