DETERMINATION OF STUDENT GRADES. Faculty shall maintain the first right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluations of students in accordance with guidelines published in the current Faculty Handbook. No grade shall be changed without consultation with the faculty member unless, after a good faith effort, the instructor cannot be located for consultation. No immediate administrator shall change a grade unless there has been a miscalculation or misapplication of the grading criteria as specified in the course syllabus resulting in the assignment of an incorrect grade.

DETERMINATION OF STUDENT GRADES. The employee shall maintain the first right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluations of students. No grade or evaluation shall be changed without a good faith attempt to consult with the employee.

  • Student Grades Teachers have the responsibility for assigning student grades as earned by the student through established criteria. Teachers also have the responsibility to maintain records that reflect criteria for those grades given.

  • ROCK GRADATION TYPES Purchaser shall manufacture rock in accordance with the types and amounts listed in the ROCK LIST.   • Rate Redetermination after Catastro- phic Damage In event of Catastrophic Damage and ad- justment, if any, of Included Timber, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the catastrophe-caused difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the catastrophe and the appraised unit value of existing and potential Included Timber immediately after the ca- tastrophe.   • Insurance Carrier Required Rating All insurance companies must carry a rating acceptable to the Office of Risk and Insurance Management. If the Contractor is self-insured for a portion or all of its insurance, review of financial information including a letter of credit may be required.

  • Insurance Carrier Rating Coverages provided by Contractor must be underwritten by an insurance company deemed acceptable to the State of Washington’s Office of Risk Management. Insurance coverage shall be provided by companies authorized to do business within the State of Washington and rated A- Class VII or better in the most recently published edition of Best’s Insurance Rating. Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.

  • Federal Government's Emergency Clause All provisions of this Agreement shall be subordinate to the rights of the United States of America to operate the Airport or any part thereof during time of war or national emergency. Such rights shall supersede any provisions of this Agreement inconsistent with the operations of the Airport by the United States of America.

  • Evaluation Rating The final summative evaluation level that is assigned to a teacher based on the holistic review of all Evaluation Factors, observed during the Evaluation Cycle. The rating shall be “accomplished”, “skilled”, “developing”, or “ineffective”. The final rating shall not be weighted in such a way that one (1) domain or component of the evaluation system has a higher importance than another, except that any area marked N/A shall not negatively impact the evaluation rating.
