Other Evaluations Sample Clauses
The "Other Evaluations" clause defines the rights and procedures for a party to conduct additional assessments or reviews beyond those already specified in the agreement. This may include inspections, audits, or performance evaluations that are not part of the standard process, and it typically outlines the conditions under which such evaluations can occur, such as providing advance notice or limiting disruption to ongoing operations. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility and oversight, ensuring that parties can verify compliance or quality as needed, thereby reducing the risk of undiscovered issues or breaches.
