Designated Coordinators. SHERIFF shall select and designate a Coordinator, at the rank of Sheriff's Lieutenant or higher, who shall manage and direct the OPSG Operations. Each other PARTY shall select and designate a coordinator for their respective agency under this Agreement. The designated coordinators for each PARTY shall serve as their agency contact and shall implement, as needed, appropriate procedures governing the performance of all requirements under this Agreement and shall be responsible for meeting and conferring in good faith in order to address any disputes which may arise concerning implementation of this Agreement.

Designated Coordinators. The Sheriff designates the Court Security Bureau Lieutenant as the coordinator for all services to be performed under this Agreement. The Court designates the Court’s Deputy Court Executive Officer as the coordinator for the Court for the services to be performed under this Agreement. The designated coordinators for each party shall implement appropriate procedures governing the performance of all requirements under this Agreement as needed. They shall be responsible for meeting and conferring in good faith to address any issues that may arise concerning performance of this Agreement.
Designated Coordinators. The designated business and technical coordinators for each of Logitech and Supplier under this Agreement are set out on Exhibit A. Each party may change its designated coordinators any time by a written notification to the relevant coordinator.
