Dental Contribution. The County’s contribution to the monthly dental plan premiums shall be as provided below. These contributions are provided only for permanent full-time and permanent part-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least twenty (20) hours per week. Permanent-intermittent, provisional and permanent part-time employees working less than twenty (20) hours per week may enroll in a dental plan but are not entitled to the County’s contribution. Any increases in dental plan costs greater than the County’s contributions identified below during the duration of this shall be borne by the employee:
