Date of Commencement. This Agreement has commenced and shall be deemed to have commenced on and with effect from the date mentioned at the beginning of this Agreement.
Date of Commencement. The Work shall commence within five (5) days of Design-Builder’s receipt of Owner’s Notice to Proceed (“Date of Commencement”) unless the parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.
Date of Commencement. The CONSULTANT shall commence work on the project on March 16 , 20_21_. If no date is provided, then the date of commencement shall be five days from execution of this Agreement.

Date of Commencement of Liabilities shall mean the date after expiry of 15 days from the date of the Possession Notice (defined under Clause 7.2 above) or date of date of actual possession whichever is earlier;

The Department will issue a Notice to Proceed within fifteen (15) days after the Agreement Date, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.
Date of Commencement. The CONTRACTOR shall commence work on the project within 3 days of receiving Notice to Proceed by the CITY.
