Daily Reports by Contractor. 3.14.1 At the end of each working day, Contractor shall submit a daily report to the Construction Manager (on a form provided by or accepted by the Construction Manager) listing:
Daily Reports by Contractor. At the close of each working day, the CONTRACTOR shall submit a daily report to the DISTRICT, ARCHITECT and the Inspector, on forms approved by the DISTRICT, together with applicable delivery tickets, listing all labor, materials, and equipment involved for that day, and for other services and expenditures when authorized concerning Extra Work items. An attempt shall be made to reconcile the report daily, and it shall be signed by the DISTRICT and the CONTRACTOR. In the event of disagreement, pertinent notes shall be entered by each party to explain points which cannot be resolved immediately. Each party shall retain a signed copy of the report. Reports by Subcontractors or others shall be submitted through the CONTRACTOR.
Daily Reports by Contractor. ADD the following after the 1st sentence: The Contractor shall notify the Agency Representative at the beginning of each day when extra work is in progress. No payment will be made for work not verified by the Agency Representative.
