Other Reports by Custodian. As the Trust may reasonably request from time to time, the Custodian shall provide the Trust with reports on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities which are employed by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian.
Other Reports by Custodian. The Custodian shall provide the Trust with such reports, as the Trust may reasonably request from time to time, on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities, which are employed by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian appointed pursuant to Section 3.3 above.
Other Reports by Custodian. As the Fund may reasonably request from time to time, the Custodian shall provide the Fund with reports on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities which are employed by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian.
Other Reports by Custodian. As the Company may reasonably request from time to time, the Custodian shall provide the Company with reports on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities which are employed by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian.
Other Reports by Custodian. The Custodian shall provide the Trust, at such times as the Trust may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants for each Fund on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, future contracts and options on future contracts including securities deposited and/or maintained in a Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian for the Fund under this Agreement; such reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail as may reasonably be required by the Trust to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.
Other Reports by Custodian. Custodian shall provide the Company with such reports as the Company may reasonably request from time to time on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding securities which are employed by Custodian.
Other Reports by Custodian. The Custodian shall provide KCM and the Funds with such reports, as KCM and the Funds may reasonably request from time to time, on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities, which are employed by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian appointed pursuant to Section 3.3 above.
Other Reports by Custodian. The Custodian shall provide the Portfolio with such reports, as the Portfolio may reasonably request from time to time, on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities, which are employed by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian appointed pursuant to Section 3.3 above.
Other Reports by Custodian. The Custodian shall provide the Tocqueville Funds with such reports, as the Tocqueville Funds may reasonably request from time to time, on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities, which are employed by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian appointed pursuant to Section 3.3 above.
Other Reports by Custodian. As the Company may reasonably request from time to time, the Custodian shall provide the Company with reports on the internal accounting controls and procedures for safeguarding Securities which are employed by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian. In addition, the Custodian shall reasonably cooperate with the Company's Chief Compliance Officer (the "CCO") in respect of the CCO's initial and periodic reviews of those aspects of USBFS' compliance program relevant to the Company and provide prompt reporting to the CCO of material compliance matters relevant thereto (as the same are defined for purposes of Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act).
