CUSTOMER INSPECTION. Upon reasonable notice, in writing signed by Customer, PSC shall make available, during regular business hours, all records and other data created and maintained pursuant to this Agreement for reasonable audit and inspection by Customer or Customer's agents, including reasonable visitation by Customer or Customer's agents, including inspecting PSC's operation facilities. PSC shall not be liable for injury to or responsible in any way for the safety of any individual visiting PSC's facilities under the authority of this section. Customer will keep confidential and will cause to keep confidential all confidential information obtained by its employees or agents or any other individual representing Customer while on PSC's premises. Confidential information shall include (1) any information of whatever nature regarding PSC's operations, security procedures, and data processing capabilities, (2) financial information regarding PSC, its affiliates, or subsidiaries, and (3) any information of whatever kind or description regarding any customer of PSC, its affiliates or subsidiaries.

CUSTOMER INSPECTION. If Customer is not satisfied with Dropbox’s responses to questions provided pursuant to Section 8.2, Dropbox will permit Customer, or an agreed upon Customer representative, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, to visit Dropbox’s premises and discuss Dropbox’s responses with Dropbox personnel.

CUSTOMER INSPECTION. Labor, materials, and supplies furnished by Contractor shall be subject to inspection at any time by the Customer, his agent, or representative. Customer shall notify Contractor of any objections it has to the service performed within five (5) days after the date such services in question were performed. Contractor shall have the right to improve said services within (5) days from the date of the Customer’s notice to conform with the Customer’s desires as specified in said notice without being in default. Failure of the Customer to give notice in writing objecting to Contractor’s performance hereunder shall constitute acceptance of Contractor’s performance and Customer shall have no right to withhold payment of any amounts hereunder for the past failure to perform on the part of the Contractor. If notice is given and Contractor fails to perform, the Customer has right to withhold payment until such time as proper service is performed.
CUSTOMER INSPECTION. CUSTOMER INSPECTION. T h e Customer must have the right to inspect, test and approve the work conducted in the facilities during construction and operation. T h e C u s t o m e r shall have the right and access to the account books, records, and other compilations of data that pertain to the performance of the provisions and requirements of this agreement. Records shall be kept on a generally recognized accounting basis, and calculations will be kept on file in legible form and retained for three years after close-out. Th e Customer retains the right to have its representative visit the site during the audit and implementation phases of the project, and to attend relevant on-site or off-site meetings of the ESCO and/or its subcontractors.
CUSTOMER INSPECTION. Ligand may base up to two (2) representatives at the Facilities to observe, subject to Cardinal Health's reasonable measures in furtherance of its obligations to protect the confidential information of third parties, the Manufacturing and Packaging provided that Ligand provide Cardinal Health at least ten (10) days advance written notice of the attendance of such Ligand representatives. Ligand will specify whether Ligand will observe the Manufacturing, Packaging, or both. Such inspection may include inspection for proper use and confidentiality of Ligand and Elan intellectual property. Any information received or observed by Ligand representatives shall be treated in accordance with the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement between the parties. Ligand shall indemnify and hold harmless Cardinal Health for any action or activity of such representatives while on Cardinal Health's premises.
CUSTOMER INSPECTION. Upon Customer’s (for purposes of this paragraph, Customer shall refer to the end user if goods are drop shipped by Xxxx) receipt of shipment, Customer shall immediately inspect the Goods. Unless Customer provides Xxxx with written notice of any claim for shortages or patent defects in the Goods within five
