CURRENT EMPLOYEES INCENTIVES. Upon ratification, current employees will be placed on the hiring grid in Section 16.2Hiring Scale. Additionally, as applicable, current employees shall have their relevant experience recognized and shall receive the Experience Add-On in Section 16.3 – Experience Add-On, which becomes the employee’s base wage (hiring rate + add on). Any current employee whose base rate at ratification does not increase by at least seventy-five cents($0.75) shall receive an increase of seventy-five cents ($0.75). No employee shall suffer any loss of pay as a result of this implementation.

CURRENT EMPLOYEES INCENTIVES. Upon ratification, current employees will receive the Hiring Experience incentive in addition to being placed on the new hiring scale based on their years of experience if they do not receive the Ratification Experience incentive. If none or only some of the above applies, members shall receive no less than a fifty cent ($0.50) increase per hour.

The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.   • All Employees The Company shall not include the shift differential in any employee’s wage rate for the calculation of overtime.

  • Reporting Subawards and Executive Compensation a. Reporting of first-tier subawards.

  • DNR Employees An employee of the Department of Natural Resources may meet the basic eligibility requirement for participation in the Group Insurance Program based on a combination of seasonal and temporary project employment. Eligibility commences after completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility requirements are met; continues until the employee completes a year in which the basic eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the employee meets or is anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.
