HIRING SCALE. The Hiring Scale (attached as Appendix C) shall be effective during the term of this Agreement. No wage rate in the Hiring Scale will be reduced during the term of the Agreement, without mutual agreement by the parties.
HIRING SCALE. The Hospital may hire employees with experience above the minimum start rate pursuant to the hiring scale in Appendix A with 1% between new minimum start rate and each year to year 5. Employees with 0-5 years shall be hired commensurate with the hiring scale. Employees with more than 5 years will be hired a rate commensurate with the rate paid to employees in the same classification with the same Kindred experience. For example, if Kindred hires a CNA with 8 years of experience at $16.50, any CNA with 8 or more years of experience at Kindred must be making $16.50 or more or be brought to 16.50 at the time the new hire starts.

Upon promotion, Shower Aides and Restorative Aides above the scale shall receive at least twenty-five cents ($0.25) more than their base rate of pay. The position of Lead NAC is hereby eliminated. Employees currently in the position of Lead NAC shall be reclassified as Certified Nursing Assistants at their current wage rates and shall receive all future wage adjustments as stated in Article 16. The Employer shall not hire new employees at any rate that exceeds these rates, without express agreement from the Union. The Employer agrees to meet and discuss the hiring rates for any new, covered job categories prior to implementation as long as the meeting occurs within thirty (30) calendar days after the Union receives notices of the rates.

  • Restriction on Continuous Offerings Notwithstanding the restrictions contained in Section 3.18.1, the Company, on behalf of itself and any successor entity, agrees that, without the prior written consent of the Representative, it will not, for a period of 12 months after the date of this Agreement, directly or indirectly in any “at-the-market” or continuous equity transaction, offer to sell, sell, contract to sell, grant any option to sell or otherwise dispose of shares of capital stock of the Company or any securities convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for shares of capital stock of the Company.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • Retention periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.

  • Employee leaving during notice period An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy may terminate their employment during the period of notice. The employee is entitled to receive the benefits and payments they would have received under this clause had they remained in employment until the expiry of the notice, but is not entitled to any payment in lieu of any remaining notice.

  • Agreement Duration The term of the Agreement shall begin and end on the dates indicated in the Standard Grant Agreement, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The Grantee shall be eligible for reimbursement for work performed on or after the date of execution through the expiration date of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in Attachment 2, Special Terms and Conditions. However, work performed prior to the execution of this Agreement may be reimbursable or used for match purposes if permitted by the Special Terms and Conditions.

  • Performance Period This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022. All services under this Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 14, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Agreement.

  • Sick Leave Incentive Program MSUAASF and Minnesota State may develop a sick leave incentive program through the establishment of a joint committee.

  • HSR Waiting Period If applicable, the waiting period under the HSR Act applicable to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall have expired or been terminated without any adverse condition attached thereto.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.
