Cultural and Linguistic Proficiency i. The Standards are a comprehensive series of guidelines that inform, guide, and facilitate practices related to culturally and linguistically appropriate services. The 15 CLAS Standards are contained within the following areas: 1) Principal; 2) Governance, Leadership, and Workforce; 3) Communication and Language Assistance; and 4) Engagement, Continuous Improvement and Accountability.

Intravenous Drug Use (IVDU) Treatment Contractor shall ensure that individuals in need of IVDU treatment shall be encouraged to undergo AOD treatment (42 USC 300x-23(b) of PHS Act).
