COVID-19 Safety. Producer agrees that it is aware of and will take reasonable efforts to ensure Influencer will meet or exceed any industry-applicable health and safety standards relating to COVID-19, consistent with local, state and federal regulations, orders, guidance, or other requirements (including, but not limited to, social distancing and shelter in place orders) that may be applicable in the production of the Influencer-Produced Sponsored Content.
