Cost Containment Plan. The definition of cost containment is “The process of controlling the expenses required to operate an organisation or perform a project within pre-planned budgetary constraints.” The cost containment process is an important management function that helps keep costs down to only necessary and intended expenses in order to satisfy financial targets. Budget monitoring is performed on a regular basis to ensure that there is no excessive spend. The focus for Mintek is to improve efficiencies through better utilisation of resources. The cost containment plan as set in the National Treasury Instruction/circular No. 02 of 2016/2017 issued on the 30th September 2016 gives account of some of the measures that Mintek will continue to implement over the planning period. The Mintek Cost Containment Plan is contained in Appendix II.

  • Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Procurement Plan 8. The Borrower shall update the Procurement Plan as needed throughout implementation of the Project, and on each anniversary of the Effective Date, the Borrower shall in consultation with ADB determine whether the Procurement Plan needs to be updated. The Borrower shall implement the Procurement Plan in the manner in which it has been approved by ADB.

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic DHCS PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than 24 hours.

  • Maintenance Plan Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).
