Cost and Results of Audit. If the audit determines that Client’s use of the Licensed Software Programs exceeded the usage permitted by this Agreement by more than five percent (5%), Client shall remedy such noncompliance and provide Contractor with written notice thereof, and pay to Contractor all amounts due for such excess use of the Licensed Software Programs. Client shall make all payments required under this section within thirty (30) days of the date of written notification of the audit results.
Cost and Results of Audit. If the audit determines that Customer's use of the Services exceeded the usage permitted by this Agreement, Customer shall pay to Provider all amounts due for such excess use of the Services, plus interest on such amounts, as calculated pursuant to Section 8.3. If the audit determines that such excess use exceeds Customer's permitted level of use, Customer shall also pay to Provider all costs incurred by Provider in conducting the audit. Customer shall make all payments required under this Section 8.7 within thirty (30) days of the date of written notification of the audit results.

If the audit determines that Customer’s use of the Services exceeded the usage permitted by this Agreement or otherwise violated the terms of this Agreement, Customer shall pay to Provider all amounts due for such excess use of the Software, plus all reasonable costs incurred by Provider in conducting the audit. If no excess usage or violation of this Agreement is found, Provider shall reimburse Customer for any reasonable costs incurred by Customer in cooperating with the audit. Provider reserves the right to disclose the results of the audits to third parties, including insurance providers and Provider’s other business partners, if reasonably necessary, to protect or enforce Provider’s rights or interests or in connection with the administration, management or facilitation of one of Provider’s business relationships.

If the audit determines that such excess use equals or exceeds five (5)% of Customer's permitted level of use, Customer shall also pay to RigNet all costs incurred by RigNet in conducting the audit. Customer shall make all payments required under this Section 8.8 within thirty (30) days of the date of written notification of the audit results.

If the audit determines that amounts owed by Sublicensee to Sublicensor are understated by two percent (2%) or more or if the audit reveals material deficiencies in Sublicensee’s use of the Licensed and Sublicensed IP, then Sublicensee shall pay to Sublicensor all reasonable costs incurred by Sublicensor in conducting the audit, and, in addition, the amount of any understatement of amounts owing, plus interest on such amounts, as calculated under Section 6.5(a). Sublicensee shall make all payments required under this Section 7.2 within thirty (30) days of the date of written notification of the audit results.

Licensee shall make all payments required under this Section 8.2 within ten (10) days of the date of written notification of the audit results. If no excess usage is found, Licensor shall reimburse Licensee for any reasonable costs incurred by Licensee in cooperating with the audit within ten (10) days of the date of written notification of the audit results.

If the audit determines that exceeded the usage permitted by this Agreement by more than two percent, Customer shall pay to Viasat all amounts due for such excess use of the Services, plus interest on such amounts, as calculated pursuant to Section Error! If the audit determines that such excess use equals or exceeds five percent of Customer’ permitted level of use, Customer shall also pay to Viasat all costs incurred by Viasat in conducting the audit. Customer shall make all payments required under this Section 5 within thirty (30) days of the date of written notification of the audit results.
Cost and Results of Audit. If the audit determines that Your use of the Product exceeded the usage permitted by Your Order, You shall pay to IPsoft all amounts due for such excess use of the Product, plus interest on such amounts. If the audit determines that such excess use equals or exceeds ten percent (10%) of Your permitted level of use, You shall also pay to IPsoft the reasonable costs incurred by IPsoft in conducting the audit. You shall make all payments required under Section 5.2 of the IPsoft License Terms within thirty (30) days of the date of written notification of the audit results.
