Fees Payment Company will pay Vendor the Fees established by each Order in accordance with this Agreement. Except as otherwise specified in the Special Conditions or an Order: (i) all payment obligations are non- cancelable and Fees paid are non-refundable; and (ii) quantities of Solutions ordered cannot be cancelled or decreased during the relevant Subscription Term.
Fees and Payment 2.1 All fees payable are due within 30 days from the invoice date. Once placed, Your order is non-cancelable and the sums paid nonrefundable, except as provided in this Agreement or Your order. You will pay any sales, value- added or other similar taxes imposed by applicable law that we must pay based on the Services You ordered, except for taxes based on our income. Fees; Payment Terms a) You will pay the fees for the Licensed Products, maintenance, training and any other fees described in an Order (which may include financing provisions). All fees and any applicable taxes are due and payable within 30 days from the date of our invoice. FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein. Said fees shall remain in effect for the entire term of the Contract. Contractor shall provide County with his/her/its Federal Tax I.D. number prior to submitting the first invoice.
Cost and Payment Contractor shall be paid for goods/services rendered satisfactorily per the negotiated fees and schedules incorporated hereto. All payment will be arrears. Invoices and Payments 5.5.1 The Contractor shall invoice the County only for providing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work specified in Exhibit A - Statement of Work and elsewhere hereunder. The Contractor shall prepare invoices, which shall include the charges owed to the Contractor by the County under the terms of this Contract. The Contractor’s payments shall be as provided in Exhibit B - Pricing Schedule, and the Contractor shall be paid only for the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work approved in writing by the County. If the County does not approve work in writing no payment shall be due to the Contractor for that work.
