Material Facts No statement made by you or a person insured at the time of application for the contract shall be used in defence of a claim under or to avoid the contract unless it is contained in the application or any other written statements or answers furnished as evidence of insurability.

Copy of Application. You must include your approved sabbatical leave application, in its entirety, as an attachment to the report. Other faculty members preparing their own applications will be able to use your final report as a complete document from application to final approval.   • Scope of Application Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the dispute settlement provisions of this Chapter shall apply with respect to the settlement of all disputes between the Parties regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement, whenever a Party considers that the other Party has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.
