Coordination Workgroup. 4.1.1 The GSA Parties have established a Coordination Workgroup to provide an informal forum for the GSA Parties to direct the Plan Manager and Service Providers on the development and coordination of data and methodologies to support the technical assumptions and information in each GSP, as provided in the SGMA, and to satisfy the coordination and annual reporting obligation in the years following initial GSP adoption.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Engineer's Coordination with Owner Engineer shall be available for conferences with City so that Project can be designed with the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
