Coordination with Others. 1. The Design-Builder is to inform the Commission Representative when coordination of the Design-Builder’s Work with others is required. Notify each party involved, in writing, of the schedule and nature of activities that require such coordination.

Coordination with Others. Contractor acknowledges that Owner reserves the right to engage other contractors, engineers, inspectors, consultants and/or its own personnel to provide work or services relating to the Project which may be carried out concurrently with Contractor’s Work. Specifically, and without limitation, Contractor acknowledges that FF&E procurement and installation (except as expressly provided on Exhibit F attached hereto as to installation) is excluded from Contractor’s Work but completion of same within the times set forth on the agreed upon Project Schedule is necessary to achieve Substantial Completion as defined in Section 12.1 below, and that a portion of Contractor’s Work will include installing materials and equipment in the Project procured by Owner and provided by Owner to Contractor. Owner shall retain separate contractors and vendors for FF&E procurement and installation as Owner desires; provided, however, upon Owner’s request Contractor agrees to cooperate with Owner, including joint purchase arrangements, with respect to purchases of materials, supplies and equipment, including FF&E, where such cooperation and joint purchase may lead to a savings in purchase costs relating to such items as determined by Owner. Contractor shall fully cooperate by coordinating its Work with any work or services being performed by Owner and Owner’s other contractors, engineers, inspectors and consultants as follows:
Coordination with Others. CONSULTANT shall cooperate with other engineers, consultants, construction contractors and suppliers retained by TAMPA BAY WATER and assist TAMPA BAY WATER with the coordination of those various projects, work, and engineering and consulting services. CONSULTANT shall review all information and attend all meetings as shall be reasonably necessary to accomplish the coordination of those various projects, work, and engineering and consulting services, and eliminate any problems where the projects, work or services interface with the Project or Services.

Coordination with Others. Contractor shall coordinate the installation, testing, and acceptance of the Services with DOC so as to facilitate the installation, testing and provision of the Services. Contractor shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures, and for coordinating all portions of the work under this Contract. Contractor shall work cooperatively and professionally with DOC with regard to interfacing, installing, testing, fault isolation, and repair of operating deficiencies in the Services.
Coordination with Others. Contractor shall coordinate the installation, testing, and acceptance of the Services with DOC and its other contractors, and they shall coordinate their work with Contractor's work so as to facilitate the installation, testing, cutover, and provision of the Services. Contractor shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures, and for coordinating all portions of the work under this Contract. Contractor shall work cooperatively and professionally with DOC and its other telecommunications contractors, including consultants, with regard to interfacing, installing, testing, cutover, fault isolation, and repair of operating deficiencies in the Services.
Coordination with Others. The Consultant will coordinate their design with agencies and/or Consultants that are involved with this project or adjacent projects. Coordination includes one-on-one meetings with the agencies or Consultants. This task does not include coordination with utilities. See Task 6 for coordination with utilities.
