Coordinate and Attend Meetings with the Sponsor and FAA. Meetings with the Sponsor and the FAA will take place to determine critical project dates, establish the proposed design schedule and AIP development schedule, determine the feasibility of the proposed project and to establish the need for topographical surveying, pavement investigation and/or geotechnical testing. Various meetings during the design phase will also be conducted to review the progress of the design, discuss construction details and proposed time frame of construction and identify any special requirements for the project. It is anticipated that there will be a minimum of four meetings with the Sponsor and/or the FAA throughout the course of the project.
