Cooperation With County. With respect to DHCS PI, to cooperate with and assist the COUNTY to the extent necessary to ensure the DHCS’s compliance with the applicable terms of the CIPA including, but not limited to, accounting of disclosures of DHCS PI, correction of errors in DHCS PI, production of DHCS PI, disclosure of a security Breach involving DHCS PI and notice of such Breach to the affected individual(s).

Cooperation With County. 14.3.5.1 Contractor shall provide access to County PHI/PI/PII, as well as internal practices and records related to County PHI/PI/PII, at the written request of County within ten (10) calendar days.

Cooperation With County. Concessionaire acknowledges that County, from time to time, will be seeking regulatory approvals (collectively "Regulatory Approvals") in connection with Airport projects, which may include the following: (i) amendment of development agreements and orders; (ii) agreements with the state of Florida and other agencies; (iii) land use and zoning amendments; (iv) preparation of environmental assessments and environmental impact statements; (v) such permitting as may be required by federal, state, County or local regulations; and
Cooperation With County. Lessee acknowledges that County will be seeking regulatory approvals (“Regulatory Approvals”) consistent with its Airport Master Plan and subsequent updates (collectively, “Master Plan”) and Federal Administrative Administration Record of Decision and subsequent updates (collectively, “ROD”), and Part 150 Study and subsequent updates (collectively, “Part 150 Study”), and the implementation thereof, which may include the following: (1) amendment of development agreements and orders; (2) agreements with the State of Florida and other agencies; (3) land use and zoning amendments; (4) preparation of environmental assessments and environmental impact statements; (5) such permitting as may be required by federal, state, county, or local regulations; and (6) any other Regulatory Approvals as may be required by any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the issuance of permits for the approval and implementation of the Master Plan, the ROD, or the Part 150 Study. Lessee shall cooperate with County in connection with County’s efforts to obtain the Regulatory Approvals. From and after the date of Effective Date of this Agreement, Lessee shall (i) support County’s efforts to obtain the Regulatory Approvals; and (ii) to execute any documents(s) or instrument(s) reasonably requested by County in order to assist County in obtaining the Regulatory Approvals, provided that Lessee shall not be required to bear any expense in connection therewith and Lessee shall not be deemed an agent of the County.
