Developer acknowledges that the Adopting Ordinance, the General Plan Amendment, and the Zoning Amendments, as legislative land use approvals, are potentially subject to referendum.
If the voters do not reject the ordinance adopting the Zoning Amendments, this Agreement shall no longer be suspended.
