Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.
Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Except with respect to any claim by any Borrower against Lender, such Borrower and Operating Lessee shall cooperate with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, not prohibit Lender, at its election, from participating in any such proceedings.
Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to, and permit Lender, at its option, to participate in, any proceedings before any Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the value of the Collateral or the rights of Lender under any Loan Document.
Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Mezzanine Borrower shall and shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, cooperate fully with Mezzanine Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which would reasonably be expected to affect in any material adverse way the rights of Mezzanine Lender hereunder or under any of the other Mezzanine Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Mezzanine Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings which may have a Material Adverse Effect.
Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall, and shall cause Mortgage Borrower to, cooperate in all reasonable respects fully with Administrative Agent with respect to any proceedings before any Governmental Authority which may in any way adversely affect the rights of Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent and/or any Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent and/or any Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Administrative Agent, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.
Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrowers shall reasonably cooperate, and shall cause each other Loan Party to reasonably cooperate, fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which in any way materially affects the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.
Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. The Borrower shall cooperate fully with the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Servicer with respect to, and permit the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Servicer at their option, to participate in, any proceedings before any Governmental Authority that may in any way affect the rights of the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender, the Fiscal Agent and/or the Servicer under any Borrower Loan Document or Funding Loan Document.
Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall at Borrower’s expense cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which would reasonably be expected to have, or does have, a Material Adverse Effect and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings, other than those proceedings where Borrower and Lender are adverse parties.
